Please be careful while you are placing your order providing us all the essential information (name, full address and postcode, daytime contact telephone number and email address). Any mistakes may lead to problems or delay of delivery. We will notify you immediately in any case of problems.
On Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other occasions that the demand for flower delivery is higher, we would not be able to guarantee the exact delivery time. We will schedule delivery for the earliest available time slot and will prioritise business addresses to ensure that delivery is completed before the close of business. For residential addresses, delivery in these occasions will be made by 10 pm.
If no one is available to receive the product, the courier will either leave it with a neighbor, at a safe place or outside the recipient’s door. However, if we are facing difficulties delivering your order we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order form.
We charge £7 for all deliveries.
If you are ordering flowers last minute, there is a possibility that we will have to substitute some of the flowers, but we will endeavour to use similar flowers at the same value.
